Terms and Conditions

Please read the terms and conditions carefully before placing any orders.

We may modify the terms and conditions from time to time and without notice. If you do not agree to any change to the terms and conditions then you must immediately stop using the website. Any changes made after you have placed an order will not affect that order unless we are required to make the change by law.

Privacy

Your privacy is important to us, and we only collect and keep information that you provide to us that is essential in completing a successful transaction with you.

By placing an order with Ninnho, you give us the authority to contact you in the future with any promotional emails, exclusive sale offers and new product updates. However, you will be able to opt out of this correspondence upon receipt.

Orders

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. If an order is received that cannot be filled, Ninnho will refund the customer for that item.

Ninnho offers products for sale that are in stock and available for dispatch. However, we may be waiting for shipments from our suppliers. Consequently our delivery times are subject to change.  Items received into stock may be pre-allocated to satisfy advance payment orders which receive priority.

Pricing policy

Prices are subject to change if the applicable currency exchange rate changes before your order is accepted.

Payment

We take reasonable care to make our site secure. All transactions on this site are processed using PayPal, a secure online payment gateway.

Payment will be debited and cleared from your account upon order of your Ninnho product.

Shipping

Australian delivery times and costs

We will pop your goods in the post and get them out to you as soon as possible.  Postage is typically between 5 – 7 business days.

Delivery is a flat rate of $10 per order, anywhere in Australia.

Orders are shipped via a courier service or Australia post and customers will receive a tracking number which you can use to track the progress of your order.

Note :Ninnho does not offer refunds on items that are showing our courier service to evidence as ‘delivered’. If you would like to take out insurance please contact Ninnho prior to purchasing.

Intellectual Property

Your use of this site and its contents grants no rights to you in relation to any copyright, designs, trademarks and all other intellectual property and material rights relating to the products and any other items on this site.

All such items including third party trademarks, designs, and related intellectual property rights mentioned or displayed on this site are protected by intellectual property and other laws. You are permitted to use the items only as expressly authorized by Ninnho. Any reproduction or redistribution of the items is prohibited.

Refunds

If for some reason you are not happy with your Ninnho goods, please contact us to arrange for a refund or exchange (excluding postage). Return postage costs must be covered by the customer.

You must notify us within 3 days of receipt of goods and return goods to us within 10 days to be eligible. Items must be unwashed, unused and in original packaging with tags intact.

Please note: there are no refunds, exchanges or credit notes on sale items. Ninnho does not offer refunds on items that are showing our courier service is able to evidence as ‘delivered’.
